Unsure of your Rebuild Sum Insured?

You must select a rebuild sum insured that covers the full rebuild cost of your property, not the market value.

The rebuild or reinstatement value of a property is usually stated within a surveyors report obtained for mortgage purposes. You may also seek guidance on how much to insure your property for by visiting the Association of British Insurers’ (ABI) website: http://abi.bcis.co.uk

JBI International Insurance Brokers Ltd are not qualified in any way to advise you on how much you need to insure your property for. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient cover in place.
